Order Processing

Our products are made to order. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
